I've been driving and fixing my own vehicles for forty years, and I have never seen anything like what happened at this Souderton AutoZone. I went in to pick up some parts, and when I got to the register to pay with cash-which is still legal tender in this country, last I checked-the store manager, a young man named Drake, told me he couldn't take it. His excuse? They had "not enough change in the store." I didn't have a card on me, and cash was the only way I had to pay. Instead of the manager finding a solution or acting like he wanted my business, he just stood there and let me walk out empty-handed. It's a sad state of affairs when a big outfit like AutoZone can't handle a simple cash transaction. I'll be taking my business to a shop that actually knows how to run a cash drawer. Unacceptable.

WOW! This is the BEST Auto zone store around! I needed help today and the people at Hatfield Auto Zone were not helpful. Jamo and Andrew at Souderton Auto Zone went above and beyond to help. THANK YOU! What a great place.
