I was driving from South Florida back to New York when I picked up a nail in my rear tire. Luckily I found this shop and stopped in. The guys there couldn’t have been nicer. They took a look right away, patched the tire quickly, and had me safely back on the road in no time. When you’re in the middle of a long trip, running into a problem like that can be stressful, but they made the whole experience easy. Friendly, professional, and clearly a group that cares about helping people. Thanks to them I made it all the way home without a single issue. Highly recommend these guys if you ever need help!

These people are crooks they charge insane prices for towing, I would highly recommend staying away from this company. It seems hey work together with the truck stop to rip off truckers that park in a spot that is not designed for parking and the truck stop will automatically call the towing company to tow the truck the minute the driver leaves the truck, I am pretty sure it a scam they got running to make extra cash because nobody in the industry charges over $7,000 to tow a truck for 10 miles, even in New York City where prices are high, the highest price for towing I have seen there was under $2,000, these guys make up numbers that are designed to put businesses out of business…. They might as well make it a million dollars, the amount of entitlement with these people is outrageous… Stay Away! And save yourself the trouble

By far the worst business I’ve ever dealt with and by the reviews it looks like they lie and steal for a living not to mention the fact they let people beat on your car while in their lot. My 2019 Subaru was in good shape with the exception of a broken back windshield. When I filed a complaint they said it was already in “deplorable condition” which was a total lie and they also said they would work with me on the storage fee because my title took forever to get and they wouldn’t give me my car without it. They also said I didn’t try to claim ownership which I begged them not to sell it and tried calling daily. Michele is a nightmare and the owner decided he wasn’t going to work with me on the price at all. I paid Over 4 k to get my car back destroyed, pics attached. I don’t know how they sleep at night
