Charged $20 to air RV tires. This is usually a courtesy service. In 40 years of travel no-one has ever charged us to air tires. We would’ve felt better about the fee if they had told us upfront they charge for this service or at least shown understanding at our surprise of the charge. The tech spent about 10 min and was very kind. He said we had a couple of tires that were down 2 or 3 pounds. We were in and out fairly quickly.

Broke down in Pooler last night and called. Kelly called back to let me know they'd be waiting the next morning at 0800 and that they'd have us underway as soon as possible. Her and Richard's crew had my family and I back on the road by 1100. That's twice they've saved my bacon. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you R and K! Gene

We were driving from FL to VA when we started having major vibrations in our tires. Pulled over to find bubbles in our rear tires. We searched and found R&K Services only 1.5mi away. We stopped in at 4:30 just before they closed and they were so helpful. Alex got us new tires ordered overnight for our F-350 and had them in the shop by 9am the next morning. Replacing the tires with new ones took less than 2 hrs. We have the warranty on our tires and Christina the front desk manager was super helpful with helping us talk through the claims with our warranty service and giving them all the details to process our claim. We cannot say thank you enough for your amazing service and getting us back on the road so quickly!!
