Great service. Very nice ppl. We're from north carolina and had a breakdown on I-95. Tow truck got there in minutes, they replaced our tension pulley quickly. Reasonable price too. Would recommend Butlers to anyone.

Good response and helpful with getting our car in in a decent time, but replaced a turbo and did "recommend oil change" with turbo, oil was overfilled by several quarts and serious issues occured including valve train noise, heavy smoking, engine stuttering and stalling, and sounds of rattling coming from motor. This is such a simple slip up for a place with a reputation like this completely unacceptable.. engine was on level ground, oil had about 10 minutes to settle to bottom so reading is accurate. $2.6k in work and this is the quality received. Double filling oil requires a lack of skill that's impressive

Amazing people! Broke down on a Saturday coming from Martinsburg west Virginia and on our way to Tampa Florida. Had our whole life in the 2 cars. and they left there Christmas party to come and help. Really generous people! Even stayed later so we can get our stuff that was important to us. I would most definitely recommend them!
