Not helpful. Told them I needed the OEM part. Still tried telling me "it's the only one they had" and he "didn't know if it was OEM or not" and also it shouldn't be the problem that there was probably a different problem, maybe my engine was blown blah blah blah. Website said they had it in stock but I had to drive to Aiken. Then I fixed it myself with the OEM part that was what I asked for and exactly what I needed. Maybe it was just because I'm a girl. Very poor customer service. I'll order online next time. Save myself the hassle

Came in today for some wheel studs. They were a little bit of a one-off size and even though they weren't in stock they went above and beyond to get measurements to find the right part number for me, and send me to the Saluda store who had them in stock. A huge thanks to the gentleman who helped me (Rob I believe) get all square away. I'll definitely be back with this level of customer service.
