My son was involved in an accident in Edgefield back in May 2021. I had no trouble finding them online to have his truck towed to Herlong in Johnston. My insurance totaled the truck. Mrs Sanders helped me handle the insurance aspect of the process & kept me informed. My son was able to switch the customized items with old factory items before it was taken to the salvage yard. It was a tough lesson for my son because he had to remove the items off the truck himself. Mr. Sanders was at the center that Saturday morning & saw that he was having a hard time (only using tire rod, socket wrenches, screw drivers). He graciously offered to help him & allowed him to coast the truck down into the shop’s bay. Mr. Sanders helped my son remove some of the items & showed him how/ what tools to use. My son was able to remove everything except one tire bc he stripped the bolt. Mr. Sanders offered to have his mechanics work on it 1st thing Monday morning. When my son returned Monday morning the tire was removed along with the light bar that was attached to the hood of the truck. My son was going to leave it, but I guess they thought it should not be sent to the salvage yard. We were soooooo appreciative of what they all did & thanked them. Words can not express my gratitude for there actions!! My son even brought him a Card with a gift card!!
