I’ve been to Planet Automotive 2–3 times now for oil changes, and every experience has been great! They’re always quick but still very thorough, which I really appreciate. As soon as I walk in, everyone is friendly and welcoming — they consistently greet me and make me feel comfortable. I also love how attentive they are when bringing my car into the shop bay. They really listen for anything out of the ordinary and take the time to make sure everything sounds and looks right. It’s reassuring knowing they’re paying close attention to the details instead of just rushing through the service. Highly recommend Planet Automotive if you’re looking for reliable, professional, and friendly service!

We have been taking three cars here for years. We have always been cheerfully greeted at our car upon arrival. After diagnosing the vehicle, Taylor has informed us what repairs are required and then offers the repair estimate. Repairs are completed correctly the first time. There have been times when we were in urgent need of having our car returned to us quickly. Taylor has always been able to complete the necessary repairs and return our car in a timely manner.

I had a great experience with these guys! They knew what the issue was, could explain it in a way i understood, and they had it fixed the same day. They let me know about future repairs I would need, and they were also super funny and nice to be around. 10/10 will definitely be going back for all my future car repairs!
