After working a 16-hour shift, all night, I was driving home on 341 at 5:00 a.m. and very heavy fog. Because of the fog, I was traveling at a very slow rate of speed, approximately 12 to 15 mph. As I was driving another vehicle in the oncoming traffic lane was driving extremely fast and not maintaining their Lane So to avoid a collision I tried to pull over onto the shoulder as little as possible to avoid going off the road but also avoid being struck by oncoming traffic. In doing so, because of the wet grass, my truck slid down the embankment, jackknifing my trailer into my rear fender and leaving my vehicle facing towards the road. Responding police officers saw the evidence of what occurred and came to the conclusion that there was no accident and I was not at fault for any sort of accident but because of where my vehicle was it needed to be moved immediately as it posed a Potential threat to other drivers. Since the officers did not have to order a tow for an incident, one of the officers offered the services of a person he referred to as a "buddy," RPM towing. I must admit his response time was very fast he was very friendly and helpful and was even kind enough to give me a ride home. But since that interaction, I have not been able to establish any form of contact with RPM Towing. I have called multiple times multiple days, and every time I call, it doesn't ring a voice that comes over the line saying the mailbox is full, and then the phone hangs up. It is currently Thursday and I have been trying to get my truck back every single day since the incident occurred as my truck, trailer, as well as the thousands of dollars worth of tools that are necessary for my job so that I can work to provide for my family are extremely important and necessary. I have to arrange for a ride to Johnsonville from Lake City to potentially retrieve my truck but I do not know where to get this ride to take me in johnsonville, I do not know where he stores vehicles that he tows, I do not know the exact cost of the tow nor the possible subsequent fees that I may be charged for the days that have passed while I have continuously made an effort to communicate with the owner to get answers to all of these questions. All in all, I have received a single Facebook message response stating that we have received your message and appreciate you reaching out to us. I received no contract, no toll agreement, and have signed zero documentation concerning this interaction. Don't mistake me as I am extremely grateful for the tow and the ride, but since then, I have been very concerned and highly anxious as to why this event is transpiring in such a manner. I need my truck back and I'm more than happy to pay the tow but I am being blockaded from doing so. Not only does this appear to be immoral butt also has implications of being illegal. I have it well documented what all tools were in my vehicle as well as the receipts for the mass majority of them. I simply wish to resolve this amicably and get my truck back along with all of my tools and my trailer so that I can continue working to provide for my two children and delete this review and leave a positive review in its stead. If that proves to be undoable I have already been in contact with my lawyer who is on retainer and discuss this matter with him should the situation escalate and have to be handled through legal channels

RPM towing also saved my butt after breaking down on I-95. Got me to where I needed to be safely. And a friendly, honest and helpful owner. I’m really grateful for this business, I highly recommend using this company!! Many blessings.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. Actually spoke to the actual tow truck driver and was assured they were on the way. From that point on I was never able to get back in touch with the driver and the end result, my family was left stranded on the side of I-95 in the middle of the night. Good luck if this company is all you can find, because you better get ready to walk or a have a long wait.
