I visited the Strickland Brothers 10 minute oil change in Newberry SC. The young man by the Name of Alex was very professional and knowledgeable about the automotive industry and walked me through step by step. He first shut off by greeting me outside with the water And told me as He pulled me in and did a light safety check. Then he got me set up in the system. Then walk me through the different types of oil and tell me what my car needed after showing me the dipstick and showing me the color of the oil it was black like tar. And he then recommended me to an all system cleaner and then told me that the car Calls for full synthetic. And then asked me did I want to proceed with the full synthetic or if I would like to do something else. And I told him to go ahead and do it the car calls for he was very quick and efficient. And his Manager even took the time to stop by and ask how I was doing by the name of Richerd. The 2 guys had no problem answering my my questions and even notified me That my drain plug was leaking and that I also had a rear main seal leak. When he Dan recommended that I get a stabilizer. All and all the 2 guys helped me and got it done good in a timely manner. I’ll be going back.

Was a great experience great service very polite and patient came and offered water and it was so good and cold.❤️ While doing my oil change explained everything that was being done.
