Austin came to my rescue during his family's Christmas time! Wonderful personality, the best professionalism very efficient. He waited with me while Jordy arrived with the tow truck. This was the worst way to end our vacation. Broke down on the side of I-26 at exit 74 in Newberry. Seventy miles from home on a Sunday afternoon in the rain and cold. My insurance company contacted J&N Towing and 30 minutes later Jordy showed up. He has a lot of knowledge about vehicle issues and even has a diagnostic tester. My vehicle had no clear reason on way it would not run and the maintenance shops were closed. Jordy was able to load up my vehicle and finish the drive to my home and drop off my vehicle and my family. He had a great personality and made a bad day better with some laughter and good stories. I will be keeping his number for any future needs and passing it along to my coworkers that make that trek through Newberry. This is proof that God sends angels in our darkest times. My tire blew on I-26 , an hour and a half from home. I was nervous about my situation, being a female traveling alone. I was so lucky that my insurance company connected me with J&N. Jordy called me right away and told me he was on his way. He was kind and I immediately felt relieved. He towed my car to the shop of my choice. Once at the shop, he went in with me to make sure that everything was OK and safe before leaving me there. He was professional, prompt and caring and turned a stressful situation into a lovely reminder that most people are good. I would not hesitate to use J&N again.
