I took my 1973 Ford F100 to Porter Brothers to get it running for me . It had me stumped . Turns out it had 5 bent push rods . They fixed that and a couple other things I asked them to . They also fixed a whole lot more that I didn’t ask for and charged me $3875.40 !!!!!!!! Never once did anyone pick up the phone and let me know how much this was costing me . I went way over budget on repairs at that time . A lot of things that were done I could have did myself . The younger one of the brothers is as rude as anyone I have encountered ! I would not recommend these guys at all!! They kept my truck o er a month and a half !

The Mechanic replaced the part but not the sensor...vehicle had to be towed twice at the customers expense to get the problem solved. No price adjustment for inconvenience of the shops mistake.

I had been struggling with a different mechanic for quite a while to figure out why my check engine light was on. My brother recommended bringing it to Porter's, and they found the issue pretty much immediatley. Not only that, but when they found the issue, the person I spoke with actually brought me back to where my car was, and showed me exactly where the issue was, which felt very honest of him to do. Now I have my car back, and it's running better than it ever has. Definitely coming here from now on! :D
