TL;DR: Great service but long wait until servicing. I am writing to provide feedback on my service experience today regarding my Freightliner Cascadia’s DEF system. I called at 9:20 AM and opted to drive 15 miles to your shop to avoid roadside service fees. I arrived at 9:50 AM and checked in with the same receptionist I spoke to on the phone. Although no trucks were in the bay at the time, I was informed that mobile service calls take priority. At one point, I did see multiple service technicians around 11:15 am. However, none of them came to address me or the vehicle. After further waiting, a technician conducted a computer diagnosis at 1:45 PM but did not return to the vehicle afterward. At 3:00 PM, I received a service estimate that was higher than anticipated due to additional administration and credit card fees along with parts and labor. Despite this, I agreed to the service and was called into the bay at 3:15 PM. Once the work began, the technician completed the repairs and a test drive in less than 1.5 hours. While I am satisfied with the quality and speed of the actual repair, the significant wait time—nearly five and a half hours before work began—caused me to miss a booked load. For this reason, I am rating my experience 3 stars. I would still recommend your business for the quality of the mechanical work, but I will be mindful of the wait times for non-roadside service in the future. Thank you for your service.

Devin came last night to access part needed to repair truck ? Steering Connecting Rod ! KW opens Monday unfortunately . Great to know people that have our best interest out here still exist. Ty Sylvia too for following up w Roadside Monday Tony n Sylvia came out to repair truck ?! Tony was very focused on getting it installed close as possible to alignment and Sylvia was there w him side by side! Ty Tony and Sylvia for everything much appreciated

Shop is awesome! I was brought in on hook at 130 am. At 830am I was filling out paperwork and by 915 they diagnosed my truck. Ordered parts and will be on the road tomorrow. Sylvia was super nice and offered me a ride to my hotel, but ultimately, Tony was going to lunch and brought me. Next time I will call them if I’m in the area, and need a tow
