Well I write reviews about everything else why not the dump. Been going here almost 20 yrs. The staff is great always polite and welcoming. I remember when I was recovering from my last back surgery they would always take the trash out for me would not even have to get out of car. No complaints

I have quit recycling because it was moved to the other side of the dump. It should be by the garage bins.

I just left the recycling center in McConnells where I have been going since they started recycling there. We used the dumpsters before that and people dumped trash, garage and debris along the dirt roads around here. The female that was on duty there took time out from talking on her cell phone long enough to come over and scream at me because I put my bags of recyclables in the container. I had asked recently and was told by other workers there that York County was not going to furnish the blue bags anymore. They tried this before and after a few weeks of people quit recycling and throwing all their garbage into the dumpster they decided it was more cost effective to furnish the bags. This also resulted in garbage containers having to be picked up and taken to the landfill more often. Don’t know whose idea this was but I think it is stupid. I do not yell at people and do not appreciate someone who is getting paid to work by tax dollars and are talking on their cell phones to yell at me. I will just put everything in the regular trash from now on.
