While I greatly appreciate the driver coming out and unlocking my car, I have a few issues. Upon arrival I asked about the price. The driver said it would be $60 to unlock my car. I agreed to this. Within 3 minutes he had the door unlocked. That was awesome. I then ask this question, I said so maximum 10 minutes to get out here, maximum 5 minutes to unlock the door and it cost $60. Seems a little high don’t it. At this time he starts threatening to call the police and say I refused to pay. I never did. I agreed before hand. I even gave him my card. At this time I start recording with my phone. After I told him I am recording he changed his tune and accepted my payment. Ill admit I drank a little and my wife was driving. But as the video I took will show I was never confrontational and just simply asked a question. He then became confrontational and threatened to call the police.

Caleb helped my buddy and I when my buddy's newly bought car turned out to be a lemon and we needed a tow off of Pellissippi Pkwy. He moved very quickly, was very polite, and was professional at all times. He offered brief advice on our situation and was off to his next tow. I wouldn’t have them tow my little red wagon. They treat people like they are bothering them and they over charge. A 30 min tow $250 ?? Don’t use them they are trash .
