So whenever I do a review I like to go there a few times. Get prices, see how service goes. Can't just give a review based on one time...right? Here is my story.. When I first moved here, my fathers mini needed some service. I have been the primary person to do this cause we are poor folks. During my time working on this vehicle, I ended up frying my footwell module [for those who don't know what that controls, power locks, power windows, cluster and interior lights, headlights always on and no highbeams] needless to say I was in a pickle. During my research I found out this module needed to be programmed to my VIN which unfortunately was out of my pay grade. I found this shop, Flowers and called them. They said yes they can program this said module but I would need a new one cause I fried my old one. So I was very agreeable and it worked. I was super happy with my first go around with these folks. Now fast forwarding, I did the same mistake again, fried my module and needed to go back to flowers. Made my appointment, waited my time which was a week for a module to arrive and got it installed only to get it and have 1/4 of my systems work. I was confused but took the car anyways after shelling out roughly 600 bucks. Got home and called them. They did not answer, even left a voice message, but hey they answered when my mother called. Very suspicious in my eyes. I took the car back. They said yes the new module wasn't acting right, only for me to find out the module I thought was "new" was in fact USED. Alright. I asked if this was programmed and was told yes, I asked the tech he said they DO NOT PROGRAM there. So this was a replace only type of thing. So they put my old module back in and I drove on that for weeks. Finally my mother got tired of waiting and went to see them where they informed her they COULD NOT HELP ME, but for future mini cooper needs please do come back. These people did give me back a refund however it was such a bad experience. If you can't help me with what I need what makes you think you'll be able to help me with any future repairs
