I believe in customer service and satisfaction. Without customers our businesses would fail. To the person who answers the phone ( male with deep voice) you have NO manners about you. The 3xs I called and spoke with you and was as polite as I could possibly be, you had no manorism and hung up all 3xs without thank you , bye or nothing just click. You had short answers and was completely rude. So I had Malone's tow my car from your business it which the customer service was total opposite and top notch in customer service. You may have all the sheriff's dept business but your local blue collar customers you'll find are most important. Good luck!

Well eight days later I still didn't have my car back. They called once during the service, and I ended up having to go pick my car up over in Johnson City with only One and half hours to get there, or go another three days without. I have no idea how their workmanship is, considering my car was referred to an auto electrical due to 817 dollars later my battery was still hot to touch. So how would you rate this.They told me they would tow my car and bring it back to Erwin. They are closed and not answering the phone.
