I had a bunch of scooted up experience with Aaa but Edgemont pulled through and was extremely professional. I spoke to Albert and he did the tow himself and got me out of the bad situation and a snowstorm. I highly suggest and I will definitely use again.

Edgemont Towing and Recovery truly helped me in a time of need. My car broke down on 394 and I had tried to get a tow from another company. The other company told me it would be 30 minutes until they got to me. Nearly 2 hours later, the company called me saying they wouldn’t be able to pick me up due to a blatant lie. After which I called Edgemont Towing. Albert let me know that he wouldn’t be able to get it the same day as he already took a job, but if it could wait he could get it the next day without an issue. He had been the most direct, helpful, honest, and straightforward person I talked to all day. We agreed on a price and next day pick up. The day of the pick up, Albert let me know as soon as he picked up my vehicle and was on his way. In the midst of him heading my way, I realized that an unexpected bill came out. It has been a tough month financially with my daughter having emergency surgery, my girlfriend getting into a car accident, and then my car breaking down. I scavenged to make up the remaining balance of what was due with less than 10 minutes to go before my vehicle was dropped off, all while communicating with Albert about the situation. I figured it out last second, but Albert said he would help me out and work with me however he could. He said it was about helping people, about being there for them, and not hitting them while they are already down. He without a doubt showed compassion and helped me and my family out in a time of need. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Edgemont Towing and Recovery to anyone else. Between the communication, care, professional, and overall experience; they have been the best experience I’ve ever had in my 33 years of life. Thank you Edgemont Towing and Recovery
