Thank you for working on my truck, but I’m very disappointed with the pricing. I brought my own tire and was charged $154 just to change it, which is extremely excessive. As a truck driver on break, unexpected costs like this really hurt financially. I’ve changed tires many times before, and the most I’ve ever paid was around $67 for the same service. This price felt unreasonable, especially since I had no other options at the time and felt taken advantage of. The office staff was polite, but when it comes to pricing, there was no flexibility at all. I paid because I had no choice, not because the price was fair. I do not recommend this place unless you have absolutely no other option. Please be more fair with pricing, especially with drivers who are stuck and just trying to get back on the road.

I can't say enough about the hospitality of this company. We were stranded in 19 degree weather along the highway at 6:45AM on a Sunday and Libby and Brad were on it immediately. They were communicative and caring. Brad picked us up and got us warm and was incredibly helpful. I can't say enough about the service we got today.

Brian was friendly and professional. Solved our engine problem quickly and was on the road again. Never had to get out of our truck. Price may seem a little high but a professional service came to us. We didn’t have to go to them. A little high price is worth the convenience.
