Had the best experience tonight with STR towing. I called while on the side of the road with a flat, asked if they were able to send someone out to put my spare on.. without any questions they said they would be there within a few minutes. Brandon came out, changed my tire and sent me on my way safely. STR has some hard working, good hearted boys working, and they will take care of any road side assistance needed. Highly recommend!!

I messed up and accidentally put DEF in the fuel tank of our Ram 3500. I called STR and they realized the urgency of the situation, got the truck in immediately off the tow truck and got to work on it. This was Monday afternoon around 230, we were able to pick it up Tuesday afternoon around 430. Every step of the process they were very professional and provided exactly what they were going to do to repair the truck while minimizing our expense. Most places would have said oh we need to replace all these components and just been done with it. They took the time to actually review what needed to be replaced and only replaced what was actually needed. Truck drives just like it did before my lapse in mental judgement.
