Great service! My tire blew out. Called them and they were out there in 30 minutes or so. Jerry even helped me find my jack stand and tools to change my flat once we got to my house. Definitely will use again if I need a tow and recommend to others.

Super friendly and super fast! I called this morning at 6am and the woman who answered the phone was very helpful! The fella they sent out to us was very friendly and even let my 3 year old son "help" in the process lol. Overall 10/10 recommend if you need a tow!!

While traveling with our 1-ton truck and large 5th wheel trailer we ended up getting bad diesel from a BP station. The team at Jim’s not only towed our truck without an issue they also sent a second truck to tow our 5th wheel. Our drivers were Dave and Jerry both who went above and beyond to make sure our unfortunate situation was alittle less stressful and got us and our full rig to the repair shop promptly and safely.
