Before they touch your car make sure you take pictures of everything Instead of calling to ask me for the keys or to unlock my car. They forced it open, caused damage. Told me “make a claim” I ask for time stamp of pictures they allegedly took at pick up but when I asked for PROOF unable to provide? They also damaged my front lip on my car. They deny so much, this place needs to be shut down Pictures they took were at daytime, they got my car at night. When I showed the damage, their tool “couldn’t do that” this place will cause damage to your car. Then when you tell the front desk, the damage they cause is on you. Good luck to anyone that encounters this company

I just read the reviews and the community I love recently has a contract with this company which none of the residents knew about. Now if we aren’t directly on our parking pad they tow. Even if we are in our own lines of property. Of course they don’t care and it’s a week before the rent is due. I wonder what kind of relationship they have with the new property manger who also lies and say that she doesn’t call it in when she clearly does. There is literally a guy that is tower in our neighborhood why didn’t she talk to him about a contract. It was a few cars that were literally on their parking pad a little off the pad. Never in the road , not blocking others, I’m guessing this is another money hungry business and I feel like the property manager might be getting a cut. Because they have been making bank off the residents in ponderosa pines. But these people don’t care if they say hey she said take away they do.

Absolutely the worse towing company. No one answers the phone and it feels like they could careless about their business. Very unprofessional
