After a collision in Tennesse we were stranded with a damaged jeep and two passengers, and needed to get home to Georgia - roughly a six-hour drive. We reached out to multiple towing companies; none of which would do the long-distance tow. Tristar Roadside Rescue not only agreed to help, they arrived promptly, assessed the situation professionally, and explained the process clearly. Jay treated our vehicle with care, drove safely, and was super compassionate with us while we were shaken up. Couldn't ask for a better group of guys to help you with a roadside rescue and mechanical breakdown! I drive a performance diesel Ford Excursion it has a custom deleted and bulletproof 6.0 powerstroke which is a very uncommon and unpopular engine that make your normal everyday mechanic run for the hills..... After being turned away by Loves truck repair (said it wasn't a "truck" even though they make many semi's with this same engine including the f750). I was referred to Chandler by another local mechanic and these guys went straight to work, towed me to shop, dropped me off at a hotel, accessed the job, ordered parts and got me right back on the road! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED and very knowledgeable!!!
