He charged me $325 to tow my vehicle 7 miles. A flash flood came which got my car stuck in high waters. A police was helping me get out of the high waters and I asked him if he could get a tow truck to tow my car out of the water before it got damaged. He offered so kindly to help me. Since I was not familiar with the area. He called a tow truck for me. And the tow truck guy charged me $325. And the tow truck Guy said that since the cops called him it’s going to cost me $225. And since he couldn’t get the car out at that present time due to the waters, he charge me additional hundred dollars to come back later on that day, upon no one’s request. And then wanted an $35 for every day it sat there. I called the next day to ask if I can come get the car. He originally pick the car up at 6 PM the day before. I called at 11 AM the next day and he has already charge the additional $35 for storage fee, not being 24 hours yet. I believe his prices are price gouged and he has a very dishonest company I do NOT recommend this company. He was very rude and argued with me on the telephone, while I was just trying to get his physical address. Telling me he could not work for free. Which I had never asked him to. I have used multiple tow companies in the past paying anywhere from $60-$90 up to 20 miles. He also wanted me to call my insurance company, he must’ve repeated that statement multiple times, saying that he could charge them if I had full coverage. I do have full coverage. But in this case I feel like I need to save my insurance company from him price gouging them for who knows how many dollars. Again I just don’t recommend this tow company. This is my personal experience.

Very rude , definitely not professional. And prices are ridiculously high. He quoted one price upon picking the vehicle up and the raised the price an additional $75 when I was going to pay him and also wanted to charge an additional $50 gate fee bc he said he isn’t open on sundays but he was there at the shop when I went by there to pick up the vehicle. I would not recommend using this company there are so many other companies in this area that are friendly, professional and that is just trying to make an honest living and not out to screw every customer that comes through the door.
