We called a week ago … told the lady on the phone the starter needed to be changed. We knew the issue. We were quoted $200 over the phone to replace the starter. We towed my car to the shop and they called us and told us it would be $600 for the starter to be changed. It is 2 bolts and 2 wires with an average of 1 hour labor to replace. What exactly are you charging $600 for?? We trusted this company in the past but will not be moving forward with any business and will share our experience with others. Also, charging a diagnostic fee on something we told you what the problem was is wild.
