I cannot say enough good things about A&R Complete Auto Care! I was really nervous about the cost of getting new brakes, but they completely put my mind at ease. The price was far more reasonable than I expected, and everything was explained clearly and professionally. The office staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They even provided a shuttle ride home, and Anthony, the shuttle driver, was so kind and thoughtful. He even surprised my daughter with a birthday cake for her 16th birthday! That kind of personal touch is rare these days and meant so much to our family. When my vehicle had to stay a little longer than planned, they didn’t skip a beat. They provided me with a very nice loaner vehicle, which made everything so convenient and stress-free. This is hands down the best auto service experience I’ve had. I’ve officially found the place I’ll be bringing my vehicle for all future repairs and maintenance. Highly recommend!

Found A&R online when searching for an option for pre-purchase vehicle inspection for an older model used Mazda w/100Kmi. Decided to use them based on solid reviews, and so glad I did! Booking online was amazingly smooth & easy, both Christy (hope I'm getting the spelling right!) and Chad were kind, helpful, professional. A&R provided a highly detailed assessment of the vehicle that was far superior to what the local Mazda dealership shared from their pre-sales run through the service department. Process of getting the vehicle there & back was smooth, easy. PPI cost was affordable and well worth the peace of mind. Have since used A&R for minor needed/anticipated maintenance and found the process of coordinating a service appointment to be stress free, and customer service to be outstanding. Highly recommend!

Shalom, I had my vehicle van repairs A&R Complete Auto Care off of Warfield Blvd., Clarksville,TN.. Customer service was great and repairs were done as quickly as possible. They repair oil / coolant leaks and transmission fluid leaks replaced parts the prices were not too bad . If your are military active or retired military/dependents this place honors military discount. A&R Complete Auto Care Center has renter vehicles plus a shuttle service to take you home if you want to use these services. I was able to get a renter vehicle with my full coverage insurance company plus I used their shuttle service. I do recommend this place . I also have 3 other things that need to be fix on my vehicle which I am having done by A&R Complete Auto Care at a later date.
