The guy who picked our car up after it was wrecked was amazing he was so nice and he was very helpful. Gave us details on what to do after he was very friendly and was open to a conversation. I’m pretty sure his name was Russell I pretty sure he is the manger if you need your car towed for absolutely anything I would use this company there great. I included a photo of his card.

I waited over 3 hours for a tow in July heat with 2 small children in my car. FAST was aware of this when I called to check in and lied about the location of the driver. I called again half an hour later with no reply. I finally called my insurance provider to contact FAST and the dispatcher gave them the same story of the driver being 15 min out. I ended up having to call a friend to leave work and take us home while we researched a more professional company. 0/10. If -0 was an option i would send this company straight to the pits of hell. They illegally towed my sons car. My son called them and the man stated to meet him there in 2yrs. Well you guessed it, they were nowhere to be found and never answered the phone. To put the cherry on top they blocked my son's number. So i stared to call for him and they blocked mine as well. Very unprofessional and i see why this place looks like a dump.
