We were traveling from Atlanta and had a blowout on the interstate near Caryville, Tennessee, this evening. After having no luck calling roadside assistance, we called Brandon. He was incredibly kind, super quick, and very knowledgeable. When it turned out we were missing a part that we needed to remove our blown tire, he stayed with us for longer than he'd planned to figure out a workaround and make sure we could leave safely. He mentioned that he and his wife (who was there as well and was extremely sweet) had been planning to stop for dinner but decided to come help us instead. I never leave online reviews, but Brandon blew us away with how nice and helpful he was. Not to mention, his rate was inexpensive and he was still kind enough to share with me in detail how I could submit my (handwritten!!) itemized receipt to my insurance company for reimbursement. I asked if I could leave him a tip, and he didn't even accept one—it was obvious that Brandon just truly cared about us and our car. I'd recommend Brandon's Towing and Recovery to anyone!

Brandon & his assistant rescued us in the middle of the night when darn near everyone wouldn’t. Brandon is a sweet sweet man, and you can tell he is family oriented. I would recommend him to anybody. Can’t beat the prices or the raw compassion of this man!! EDIT: So after he rescued us, he helped us get to a motel, and he told us he would call in the morning to help us get a tire. He also said he “wouldn’t put a tire on our vehicle that he wouldn’t put on his kids’ vehicle” which was extremely comforting. After that he made sure we were safe before he left. This morning he calls and says he can get us to a tire shop and help us get the tire off and everything. Brandon has gone above and beyond anything we had expected, and at a spectacular price too! My brother and I cannot say enough kind things about this company!

4 hours into a 14 hour drive myself, another mom and our 2 daughters found ourselves stranded at a truck stop. Brandon was the only one that we could get a hold of that would come to get our vehicle. He assured us that we could go ahead and get on the road in our rental car and that he would take care of towing the vehicle to where it needed to go. Instead of waiting several hours at the truck stop we were able to get back on the road and make it to our destination sooner than we thought we would. Brandon stayed in constant contact with us and let us know when he delivered the vehicle safely. He was truly a life saver for us that day! I hope we never have to again, but if we are ever stranded close by there again he will be our first phone call! Thanks Brandon!
