Took my car mid night after I had paid my balance that day . Didn’t knock for me to get my ORDER OF PROTECTION out of my car my 1year olds car seat or anything. Called them so I can get my court ordered ORDER OF PROTECTION paper work and other belongings and they were very disrespectful. Let them know I had already paid my car and they took my car for no reason. IT IS ILLEGAL TO WITHHOLD A ORDER OF PROTECTION that’s for me and my ONE YEAR OLDS SAFETY.!

I have tried to get my car for 2 days and the release has been sent 3 times letting them know I paid everything and to release my car to me and I get hung up on or no call back. I will be contacting upper management to make sure this is fixed! Keeping peoples vehicle so they have to pay is not only unprofessional but it’s fraud. When they are trying to keep it just to charge people for having their vehicle over 10 days. The better business bureau and other agencies will be looking into this. If I get my car back like I should have yesterday or this morning and the way they conduct business we will go from there.
