Extremely RUDE! I called to confirm the ETA of when the tow driver would be here because it’s 95 degrees outside and I needed to know if I could leave and get my kids in air conditioning and the tow driver give me a call once he’s on his way and I’d come back since they gave me a 2 hour ETA. The elderly lady who is answering the phones had no idea what was going on and kept telling me to just cancel my tow and get someone else. Then she informed me the tow driver ( who’s still sitting in the shop) told her if we can’t wait then cancel and get someone else. Who can wait in 95 degree weather with 2 small kids?! We were asking if I can leave and come BACK! The lady just kept saying she’s covered up and can’t answer my question. Only asking if they can just give me a call once they’re on the way! Absolutely DO NOT recommend this wrecker service they are extremely unprofessional! I had to give it 1 star to leave the review but it deserves NO stars !

Very helpful folks. We had a total engine breakdown on the highway, and had a nearly impossible time getting anyone else in the area to call us back or assist in any way. Paul's Auto came right away, assessed the situation, got us taken care of for a very reasonable price, and followed up quickly with additional advice when we had questions over the next few days.

Had to be towed and the driver and assistant were thoughtful and took care of my car. They even refused to leave me alone for 5 minutes to wait for an Uber. Highly recommend them
