I’m still waiting on checks for parts that either had cores and I paid for cores and never received my core money back. Or for parts my business specifically returned. I’ve tried calling and emailing the person that sold the part to me, with of course, no return call or email. Keystone and lkq in Knoxville are both together but separate. So I know on the lkq side I’m still awaiting for money from a returned item.

Asked for price check. Was told it was gonna cost $1000. I said "I found them on Ebay for $450" (that's with shipping and handling). I was told, "well! when they come in damaged then give us a call" and hung up on me. For $550 I'll send the damaged part back and or bondo it... Update - got my parts in today off ebay from Ohio $450, took about 4days (which keystone said it was gonna take to get me mine.) to get here not a single one is damaged. They think they can run the game and prices because they are only parts warehouse within like 100miles. The parts also came with a 30day warranty that I can send them back.
