Do not buy anything from Rock Bottom auto. I tried to cancel my order but they wouldnt cancel it saying it already shipped even though it didnt actually leave the facility until 3 hours after I tried to cancel my order. Once I received the item i tried to return it unopened but the company will not take it back because it says not returnable below the add to cart button. The company is unwilling to make it right by accepting the unopened product. They are clearly money hungry for every red cent & don't care about return customers. ***Edit for the owner who has yet to reach out to me*** Yep terms and conditions are real & I tried to follow them, however when I canceled the order with amazon before it shipped, they were unable to cancel it even though it hadnt shipped, therefore I believe you should be willing to take the unopened part back. Heck Ill even pay to ship it back to you even though its Hazmat restricted. Please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience. If not, I stand by my previous review and statement.
