Hey guys just wanted to give a review on vetnuts. The gentleman that does the work. Joe is awesome . The owner mark, it's not someone you want to deal with. I took my 99 Corvette there. They installed a stereo system, speaker's and amp. Joe did an awesome job. They made the subwoofer box the wrong size in the back trunk part of the vet. They said, call me in two weeks. And we will have you a new one made , I called back and in two weeks he said, give me 2 more weeks. still nothing. I have been calling about every. 3--4 weeks as he told me to it has now been over one year and still has not made the right box for my vet. I called him again today. He said his CNC machine is down. I could not make it if I wanted too. He said, 'and I quote' it's not like you're driving around. In a piece of junk with a box in the back, i am done with vetnuts. I'm just saying, if You have something done, make sure it's done that day because if he wants to put you off, they will never come back. And do it once you have paid them. I am truly not complaining. I just don't want this to happen to someone else. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I guess what I'm saying is make sure all the work has been done before you pay them.

I’ve got to say, Joe and Marc at Vettenuts are amazing! Their knowledge of the C5 and C6 corvettes is incredible—they know every little detail about these cars. I bought a 2002 C5 in Nashville that needed some TLC before I could head back to Wisconsin this spring (2026). It needed the harmonic balancer replaced and a few other things for a 24-year-old car. They did an inspection and looked over the car, finding a few other issues. Communication was key with them, and they called to let me know what needed fixing and went out of their way to make sure the car was roadworthy. Joe and Marc really went above and beyond to help me out. They took it to get tires put on, found other things that needed fixing along the way, and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for everything. They’re a true shop that’s in it for the hobby, treating your car like it’s their own. I haven’t had a shop that made me feel so comfortable with them fixing my C5 Vette. I wish I didn’t live in Wisconsin so they could be my main shop to take the car to all the time. Maybe it’s worth the drive if I really need something! I’m planning to buy most of my car parts from them because they also have a huge selection of used parts for sale.

I brought my C5 with 218,000 miles on it to Vettenuts on June 2, 2017 (yes, that is more than 7 years ago) for an engine rebuild. The whole experience with them was great. I thought about writing a review at that time. But, decided to wait a little while to see how the engine performed. Life happens, time flies, .... so hear I am 7 years later to tell you these guys know what they are doing. I have had no problems since that time. They had all my individual engine parts all laid out on the floor at one point. What an awesome job they did. While they had it I asked for several other things to be done and everything went well. They are better than any shop or dealer I have ever been to. You can certainly trust Marc, Joe and their team. You might also be interested to know I am an automotive engineer with decades of experience as a OEM supplier and direct employment with Nissan and GM. Thank you again guys.
