If you’re wanting a great car buying experience this is definitely your place to go. Aside from us walking the lot and checking cars out witch took some time to decide, our wait time to get approved and leave with our car was maybe 30 minutes vs big dealers that will rip you off and keep you there for 6 hours. Dylan is a great guy and very friendly he’s definitely the type of guy he doesn’t meet a stranger. We love our Hyundai sonata! We will definitely be back soon for our next vehicle.

I bought a 2014 porsche from Mr Dooley and his team. They are amazing, they were so patient with me on making sure I found the car I wanted! Before I got it he made sure it had been serviced, and when I came to him about how during the test drive it had a pull, he comped me the alignment! Very honest man and great business to go through if your looking to buy a car.

Be extremely cautious if you purchase at this lot. I lost $2,000 AND got stuck with a vehicle that broke down the next day after the purchase. Mr Dooley had me take it to a shop in my town that would continue to bandaid the issue over and over for weeks (and eventually they got tired of me coming back every 3-4 days when it would break down). At that point they said they couldn’t do anything else take it the manufacturer. I did, and paid $219 for the diagnostic test where they revealed a $5400 car repair. So Mr Dooley said they were full of it and didn’t know what they were talking about and they just wanted money and he took the car to a shop in his town who miraculously fixed it in a few days because the shop where I live didn’t do it right or reset the computer etc ? (they put another bandaid on it and it ran for 3 days and broke down again) So altogether that turned into a month and 2.5 weeks of back and forth. Mind you the car was in my possession maybe a total of 10-12 days in a span of 37 and yes I’m still required to pay the car payment or it dings my credit. Oh! And the warranty of course didn’t cover what was wrong with the car. So anyway, after the last coverup repair at the shop in Waverly I was told to reset the codes on the car so that I could drive it “safely” the hour distance back to them at the shop where they supposedly fixed it the 5th time. That was absolutely ridiculous of a business to ask someone to do. After I refused to drive the car there and risk it blowing up or even my own safety in harms way orrrrrr have it towed which would cost me $300 plus. So Mr Dooley just flat out stopped answering my calls or texts. His last text stated “take it back to the shop that said it was fixed” He knew deep down that car wasn’t fixed per the $5400 repair quote from a legit company smh. Just super disappointed in the whole situation but luckily God was able to make a way for me in this loss. It’s morally and ethically wrong from a business standpoint and I pray they can get better and do better. My stress level was through the roof for weeks on end but finally I’m at peace with it. And after being asked to give a 5 star review more than once I felt it was necessary to post a real review on my experience. Mr Dooley, the muffler delete had NOTHING to do with the repair of the vehicle. The warranty itself didn’t cover the $5400 repair because it was a seal/gasket leak not because you’re saying it was voided. Nissan called and the repair wasn’t covered because of the mileage at the time of purchase. And yes too much oil was put in because it said there wasn’t any in it and there wasn’t any on the dipstick when it broke down less than 24 hours later and the same light that came on is the same light your son Landon said was just the oil change alert after you get it serviced. When I mentioned it he just went outside and reset the light before I left. Yes you paid for the sensor repair the day after the car broke down. And yes you came and picked it up and took it back to Waverly. Was I appreciative, or course. But, let’s be honest the repair of the vehicle has nothing to do with any of what you mentioned above. This was a preexisting repair. So you can sit and say whatever makes you sleep better at night but I know the whole situation was wrong and it should’ve been voided in the beginning when you knew what was wrong after I told you. Was the car as is? Yes and I purchased the warranty as well. But unfortunately the repair wasn’t covered by the warranty that was very much still active NOT voided. Anyhow thank goodness this is all behind me it was definitley a lesson learned. I wish you and your business nothing but the best and hopefully can grow from this.
