My experience with Jerry's Automotive was incredible! Had extensive emergency repairs needed and I'm from out of state, so this was my first time doing business with their shop (with the added wrinkle of my breakdown happening right before the holidays). They treated me like a lifelong premium customer! The work was completed quickly and professionally and I paid far less than expected. My only complaint is that I live so far away, otherwise I would give them all my business from now on! THANK YOU JERRY'S!!!

I’ve gotten work done here several times and am always amazed and thankful at how seamless the process is. And, as a woman it’s wonderful to know they’re only recommending I get the work done that really needs it. As I’ve had bad experiences with other auto shops in the past. This last time, I was quoted over $700 for this part at a local Ford dealership but was happy to find the Jerry’s could fix my issue for just over 1/2 the price, including labor costs. And, they’re always willing to give you a quote, even if you don’t end up getting the service done with them. And, they try their best to get you in as soon as possible. Will definitely come back!

I called to get my son’s car towed and they were there within 15 minutes and had his car diagnosed and fixed the same day. Excellent service and friendly knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!!
