If I could give zero stars, I would. I watched an Action Towing flatbed hauling a car with what looked like completely unsafe tie-down procedures. The passenger side of the vehicle wasn’t strapped at all, and the driver’s side appeared to be secured by only a single long strap. Anyone who knows basic towing safety knows a vehicle should be secured at multiple points to prevent shifting or falling off the bed. Transporting a vehicle like this isn’t just careless—it’s dangerous for everyone on the road. If that car shifts or comes loose, it could easily cause a serious accident. To make matters worse, when the issue was pointed out, the attitude toward customers was dismissive and unprofessional instead of addressing a legitimate safety concern. If you value your vehicle and public safety, I would strongly recommend choosing a different towing company. This kind of negligence should never happen in a professional towing operation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy that answered was very disrespectful he towed my car today from a pull off in east barre vt after it broke down on me on my way home from work I’m a single mom of two. I lost my job after my car broke down yesterday and all I asked was how much it was gonna coast to get it back or at least get my stuff out of it and he just gave me complete attitude and kept telling me to call back Monday.

Well this guy towed my daughters car 1.4 miles and my son worked a 10 hr day the borrowed a frinds flatbed and drove 1.5 hrs to pick the car up to find out it had already been towed . When he contacted action towing service because the web says it's open 24hrs the owner was very rude and would not let him pick up the car costing him $100 in gas and 3 hrs wasted after a 10hr work day . So my daughter tried to call and he was immediately rude to her . Insisting to call back Monday . So I as her father call the tow company and tried to explain my daughter had been struggling with vehicles as a single mother of 2 working in Barre driving every day from wells river vt on horrible roads . The car had broken down on her on her way home from work and was left for like 12 hrs . I tried to plead with the guy for a discount as he only had to tow 1.4 miles and could have let the car go withing a few hours of picking it up if he had let my son pick it up with the flatbed he arranged. He insisted that it was $250 And he didn't care if he had to wait 3 months to get the abandoned title and scrap the car .. Mind u scrap metal is $80 per ton and a 2010 Prius dose not weight a ton I guarantee. I try to get the guy to kindly take $100 as she will have to pay for a tow truck to go back over there over an hour away to get it and it will be expensive and also reminded him the car had broke down so she may not even be able to fix it .he said he don't even know her why would he know off any of the bill. I said well I just tried to explain that to u and then he went on to say he also gets 95 a day for storage fee So let's do the math $95 per day times 3 months waiting for abandoned vehicles title equals $9,550 and he will get $80 in scrap because it has an aftermarket catalytic converter so I hope he wasn't banking on that for a pay day . So this company would rather go thru all that than try to help this Young mother of 2 trying to do all the right things in a world full of wrong. So I just read the reviews for the business. They should be very ashamed. He tried to tell me he was a good man and has towed people out of a ditch for free ? I again pleeded for him to find it in his heart to help this young lady . Not a chance . I definitely give zero stars
