Needed work on my tundra I've been driving around with bad leak for about 50kmiles Came down to Rt 2 auto and Joey did amazing work He is my go to mechanic!

They will not deserve 0 star! Let me share this with you. First I brought my 2014 Volkswagen to them on August 19 to replace the oil tensioner and the owner told me that his employee experienced with Volkswagen over 30+ years, then I simply handed him the key because it will take few days the said. Second After I spend one week, I came to the shop without calling them because they didn’t call me as they promised to fix the car within few days. While I was there, the mechanic was searching on YouTube and how to replace the oil tensioner! I figured out that, they will give me a hard time and I have to go back to work. Third I have spent another 2 weeks and came back again but they still haven’t done it. I literally lose my mind because they don’t call and the don’t update. I’ve talked to the owner and ask him to explain what’s going on but unfortunately was not helping at all and they said we want it to get paid first. I’ve said ok and I will pay you the amount we agreed which was $650, two days after I have paid them the$650 and they still did fix the car yet. Four I’ve spent total of two months and they didn’t fixed my car yet, when I’ve asked the owner, he said” we will not have anything to do in your car and just take it another auto shop. I’ve said yes I can do and thanks The owner was rude an was not professional. They took the money and have decided to tow the car back to home. Finally. I’m just trying the share this with you, please be advised The Rute 2 auto shop is not a good place and nothing personal. They’re just rude and I don’t advise anyone to go there. this auto shop is a jok

Vehicle repairs can be frustrating, to say the least. When you find a good mechanic who is skilled, knowledgeable, personable, reasonably priced, and honest, like the guys at Route 2 Auto, they certainly make the going much smoother. What a difficult job to troubleshoot and deal with the mechanical and computerized electronic headaches of today's vehicles. Joey and Will can do it all, and they are incredibly patient, never seeming to get their feathers ruffled. They have our undying respect and appreciation. They have saved us many thousands of dollars with ingenious solutions that would have otherwise been so cost-prohibitive that we would have had to scrap our vehicles. They have also given us wise advice on what vehicles we might look into that would work best for our needs and save us headaches in the future. We feel very fortunate to have such rare, hard-working mechanical geniuses close to our home. Thank you, Joey and Will!
