I had Jeff an the techs take a look at a car that I bought. It was not a good car. Jeff did a complete and comprehensive check on the car. He not only did a great job, but also had great advice about how to proceed with talking to the seller. It all worked out well with the information and kind advice. My child lives in MontP, Auto Craftsman will be our go to garage from here on. Thanks Jeff

Amy was so wonderful over the phone. They got my car in and did a full diagnosis as it was a “puzzle” to figure out. Turns out I needed a lot of work done unfortunately they said it was a “major surgery” on my car but all the problems made sense with that they diagnosed. She’s an old Buick with some leaking parts. I got amazing transparency about price and what was priority to get fixed. They sent detailed notes videos and pics. And I was able to fully discuss my options with Amy over the phone before I made any final decisions. I have had bad experiences with mechanics in the past. This however exceeded my expectations and my car is running beautifully. So grateful for the care they took of my car!! They replaced intake manifold gaskets and upper intake, and valve cover gaskets, and replaced Crankshaft Sensor, Camshaft Sensor AND Mass Air Flow Sensor and fixed my light bulbs, tested my battery and changed my oil while they were at it.
