Called at 7 am on 1/2/26 at -10 degrees with a random bearing/abs situation where SUV would only go 10 mph…Willy said get it here now I’ll take a look. They diagnosed it by 830 am picked up a part at auto store and it was fixed and paid for by 11 am! Absolutely the best and fastest emergency turnaround I’ve seen. Price was great too! Willie and his staff are Studs # 1 picks! TY

Called Willie’s at 7 a.m. with an issue today, worried about driving 200 miles home. Becky had us bring it in, and it was diagnosed, fixed and paid for by 1 p.m. They saved us! Nice, friendly, fair, and fast! If we lived in the area, we’d be regulars!

Our brakes failed at 4pm Friday, Sept.14 while pulling a travel trailer in Stowe, Vt. My wife and I got on the internet to get emergency service and the response from the dealerships and local repair shops was terrifying. Everyone was closing, or could not get to us till Tuesday, Inquiring if they knew anyone else that they could recommend to help us their reply was "NO". But our fifth call was Willie's Village Auto. Willie came to the phone, determined what the problem was (brake assist vacuum pump), inquired about if we could get the vehicle to his location. Fortunately the trailer brakes were still working. Once at the shop he assessed what was needed made no promise of a prompt delivery. What Willie did do is get us to our campground so we could still use our trailer and keep enjoying our vacation. He FInished the repairs so that early Monday morning we could safely continue our trip. Thank you Willie for the extra effort and kindness to two total strangers.
