I can’t describe how great of an experience I had at Warrens with Wesley. After a ski trip with my fiance, my car died at night right up the road from Warrens. After unsuccessfully trying to jump it and facing a long night ahead, Wesley the owner appeared out of thin air without asking and was able to bring the car to his shop and reassured me he’d fix it the next day even though he was very busy. Mind you, this was after he was already closed for the day . Wesley and his wife went even further and gave my fiance and I a ride to our hotel sparing us for a grim night in the cold and snow and hours of frustration The next afternoon he ordered a part, fixed my car and had us on our way despite his plenty of other cars to work on. I would’ve paid him any number he asked me but he charged me an unbelievably fair and cheap price. Not only is this guy a very skilled mechanic but also a stand up human being. When I told him how taken back I was by the kindness he and all the others in Manchester Vermont showed me, he told me that’s just what they do in Vermont. Take care of each other. People like Wesley restore my faith back in humanity and make me proud to be an American. He went out of his way to show me kindness at a time when I really needed it. To get that from a stranger, was moving. I can’t recommend this place enough. You will not regret it. Thank you Wesley again, I was able to get home safely.

Make sure you clear your schedule for the next week if you need service done here. Went here for a flat tire replacement and they said they could get it done Thursday. It was not done Thursday. They said they might get the tire in Friday (when the guy said he was going to pick it up himself thursday). It was not done Friday. They pushed it to Saturday; and it was not done Saturday. Then pushed it to Monday, it was not done Monday either. They finally said they will have it done Thursday a FULL WEEK after it was originally said to be done. We got sick of dealing with their crap and finally just got it towed to the shop we trust and they're getting it done in less than a day. Both of their distributors had the tire in stock. Honestly, I'd recommend to anybody to just pay for a tow truck to another place so they at least will actually know how long it's going to take to be done. It's ridiculous to ruin someone's entire week just because you couldn't give a proper date the first time around. If it's going to take a week, that's fine. Just tell me on the first day instead of dragging us along day by day. Decent prices I suppose but the loss of money on paying for rides makes up for what you would've saved going here anyways.

I had a brake line fail and got stuck in a ditch , had the truck towed to the shop and it was quickly assessed and repaired . I’m from out of state and he kept me informed during the repairs and guided me through the process . He was a life saver for me and my family , highly suggested. Great service.
