So my family and I had a very good experience with this towing company on 7/26/25. We broke down on I77 north the driver showed within 30 minutes very polite and nice, I asked them to tow it to the nearest GM dealership and this was on a Saturday and the driver said if it’s ok I have other jobs can I take it Monday? I was a little worried about storage fees but there was no storage fees and I called them on Monday I paid the tow bill over the phone they emailed me the receipt so we could get reimbursed. I have a hard time trusting people but these guys did us well I highly recommend this towing company.

Called to talk about my car and some questions I had on price and things. Was talked to in a way that would put your grandmas to shame, the words and the demeanor and attitude I received over the phone, I do not recommend this place at all. If at all coast pay the extra get someone else cause you’ll pay it anyway in money and being talked to like shit….. Just got off the phone with them at 10:25am est……

This company help to get my semi from the ditch on the side of the road and they did it very good job !!!!! They didn't drag they feet to make more money but charged me less then they quoted me over the phone. Combination tractor trailer was loaded total 78.000 lb. Person named Charles helped us. I definitely recommend this company ! I wish all towing company's to be good and professional and honest like Akers Towing !!! Thank you so much Mr Charles !!!! Great job !!!! I DO RECOMEND THIS COMPANY
