The office staff are rude and evasive when asking them general questions. Front desk attendant became rude when advised on what another staff member said in a conversation and kept switching her story when questioned. They insisted that I was not telling the truth about a conversation which I had with one of their other staff. They did not provide me with any paper work explaining fees or processes, and then again caught an attitude when asked to explain themselves. They also lied about calling insurance of my behalf. There were also undertones of racism, which was apparent when I a black man began questioning them. Again, office staff are very rude, incompetent, and unable to explain things. They charge unnecessary fees and provide no explanation and then try to hold your property hostage without proper options to have it released, so that they can continue to hold your property and rack up the bill. Please avoid this company if you can, especially if you are black!

This place is a ripoff, they charged me $527 when I asked for my car to be taken to my house which was only 15 minutes away…they also was going put my car up for auction without telling me anything!!! If I wouldn’t have called and tried to setup a payment plan I would’ve never known…this is definitely highway robbery!!!
