I highly recommend that everyone support Automattox! If you are looking for a great, reliable vehicle, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & well versed/knowledgeable staff and management, then stop by Automattox! I expressed my concerns about my previous vehicle (which was not purchased from them) that I was still making payments on and they reassured me that they would make sure that my vehicular needs would be met and that they would work on it and call me back! I was invited to come by to see their selections, they had already pulled a few reliable vehicles for me to test drive and gave me plenty of space, coffee and information to enable me to make a decision. Their approval process was swift, Aaron explained everything from top to bottom on each page of my contract! Thank you Aaron , you are such a awesome human and you made my experience memorable!Y’all stop by there and tell him that I sent you! Jon highly recommended that I stop by to get maintenance because it is INCLUDED in my package with them!!! NOW let me give a special shot out to WILLIAM who is the Manager that talked me through the process, even came into the office to weigh out pros and cons with my family! I give you guys a 10/10!!!!
