This place will 100% rip you off. It is worth traveling to go somewhere else. Gave me number two copper for stuff that is clearly number one. Also gave me less money than what they quoted me on the phone. If I had another option on the day, I brought it in I would have just left

EXTREMELY POOR customer service!! They have 2 signs, one inside next to the pay out window & another outside the door, that both say “we accept our last customer @ 4:30pm”! However, i show up at 4:20 with 5 aluminum wheels & a box of copper, yet the lady behind the window rudely stated she was shutting the computers down, & 2 of the workers basically just repeated what she said. I politely responded stating what i had & should be printing my check before 4:30, but they proceeded to get loud trying to push me out the door. So when i asked for their supervisor/owner, they called the police. Its not like i had a truck load of unorganized metal & it wouldve taken an hour to unload, but it shouldnt of mattered because if you advertise it you should deliver, PERIOD.
