I would not recommend BD because they don't care they won't admit fault. I took my truck there for a radiator and they had it for a few days while they were waiting for it to come in picked it up the next day was driving it to an appointment and PWC and her this big noise so it turned out they did not hook the hose is up when they installed a radiator to the transmission coolant or Truck started losing power ended up driving it back to them right away and they had it towed to amaco transmission they said the transmission was burnt up and it wasn't their fault but they let a young mechanic work on it who was supposed to be supervised by another mechanic someone dropped the ball and did not Hook those hoses back up and caused me to lose all the coolant fluid by the time I got to Big Daddy's the fluid was all gone even the transmission shop told me the hoses were never hooked back up on the radiator installation beware and go there at your own risk I don't recommend them at all

Beware! We brought our vehicle to BD for a transmission job. Firstly, the job took two months total. I can give them a little time for the transmission to arrive, but then they didn’t have the manpower to install. Before it was done, they decided that it needed new calipers, rotors, and brakes and installed them WITHOUT TELLING OR ASKING US, resulting in a cost $1000 over what we had planned. Zero accountability and underhanded practice. Moreover they said that it needed new calipers, etc., b/c it had sat for so long? Who’s fault was that? Use at your own risk. We’ll never go back.
