I usually go to this parts shop when I am in town because my dad works on my vehicles for me. I usually have a good experience. I came here last week looking for a headlight bulb and I was met with a very nice gentleman (he usually helps me but I think he was busy.) He directed me to this grumpy looking guy. I asked for the part and he looked at me like I was a waste of time and was rude to me the whole time. He could have simply told me in a nice way that they didn't carry a particular light bulb I needed. Instead he was stand offish and told me I had to go to O'Reilly. He didn't say nothing more and just left me standing there awkwardly. Not a good experience this time. (2 stars because the first gentleman was nice and greeted me)

I had to come in for a new battery and they put it in for me but my jeep wouldn’t start. They helped me get to a gas station to put more fuel in my car and helped me get it fired up and down the street to the mechanic. Thank you so much for going above and beyond in helping me start my jeep!!!
