Jacob‘s garage sent out mechanics through Penske when our 26 foot truck broke down. Greg was super knowledgeable and friendly, and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a mechanic in the area! AND he brought his dogs, which was a super bonus for me!!!! I can’t say enough about how much they (the mechanic and the dogs!) helped in a very stressful situation.

3:00 in the morning; 5 Hours from home; I found myself stuck on the side of the road with an engine on the verge of failing. I called up Jacob’s Wrecker frantically and Ms. Rachel helped me make sense of my situation. I gave her the my location and the team made their way to me swiftly. After loading my car onto the tow, Andy and Rachel helped me by troubleshooting the cause of my issue. They informed me that the issue was that my car was low on antifreeze. They gave me a temporary solution so I could reach the nearest supermarket (by now they were open) and fix the problem completely! They turned my nightmare scenario into nothing more than a good story. Thanks Guys!
