Excellent service — I needed to replace the casing on my Honda keys. I called before going in and spoke with Tyrone in the Parts department, explained my issue and he said that he’d take care of it when I came in. Once I arrived, Tyrone took the time to replace the casing on both keys, removing the transponder components personally, and Kenny helped complete the process by cutting the new keys and testing both keys inside of my car before sending me off. I felt taken care of (usually it’s quite the opposite at dealership service centers). Tyrone and Kenny were great. I’ve dealt with every Honda dealership at some point in the Alexandria-Arlington- Fairfax area over the years for various reasons, but this was my best experience thus far. Very thankful for their help.

Avoid this place. Terrible customer interaction at the parts desk. They tried to sell things we didn’t require. Sold us wrong parts first and we had to figure out after the fact our card was already charged. Seemed like the debacle lasted forever. However, a service guy was prompt and honest.

The owner made a deal. At the time to sign the documents & pay, he said he didn't made the deal ,,,so he was not giving any deal or discount. Time wasted.
