I don’t know much about tires or cars, and I’m often skeptical because women can easily be taken advantage of in these situations. However, Antonio was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain every detail about my vehicle. I now have full confidence in this location and complete trust in Antonio. Great old school customer service! I made an appointment online that morning. Junior immediately called me back to ask about the tire. Took exactly one hour. Didn’t talk me into anything fancy or that I didn’t need. No pressure no sales pitch. The guys that work there are friendly and genuine. It’s really refreshing! Junior hooked me up- easy peasy. It’s getting harder and harder to experience decent customer care these days, so kudos to NTB hybla valley! Btw- I tried Costco first, but I had to purchase the tire online to make an appointment (wasn’t sure if my tire was able to be patched or I needed new one) with no chance of refund, plus an unnecessary rotation expense, and a 5-10 business day wait. NTB turned out to be less expensive anyway. to summarize- Go here!
