My mother’s Mercedes was having some issues, and she’s very particular about who she trusts for service. I recommended Euro Motor Service because I’ve worked with them myself. She brought the car in because the rear liftgate was not functioning. Not only did they repair the rear door, but they also pointed out a few other issues that the dealership had either missed or didn’t want to address. This shop provides excellent customer service, and the owner truly stands behind his work. I would recommend this shop to anyone with a luxury vehicle who wants a mechanic that treats their car like it’s his own.

Best shop around! Super satisfied with my first of many visits at Euro Motor Service in Alexandria! I got a 2018 Mercedes-Benz E63S AMG that I only took to the dealers, until they tried to pull a fast one on me. I gave these guys here an opportunity and am super happy I did! The staff was delightful and knowledgeable, as I was greeted with many certificates up front, while they held up to them with all their knowledge during fixing my car in a timely manner! And I actually didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. You can’t get that anywhere! Guys, you’ve got yourselves a loyal client for good! I can’t thank you guys enough for taking care of my Mercedes!

100% satisfied! I’ve been taking my BMW to these guys for years and always make an effort to take care of my best interest and never feel taken advantage of like other places! My BMW always feels like new when I pull off the lot, and I’m always super happy! If you want your car properly taken care of for a great price, with minimal efforts on your end, these are your guys!
