Auto care department need to upgrade their service. I don't know they don't want customers in that area. The way auto shop is busy there should be 3 to 4 cashier work so they can help customers who are standing in the line more than 30 minutes even just picking up the vehicle after service. 1 associate is on the register so if some one comes for tire purchase he disappeared for some good minutes. We go there to save some time and money but waiting time is exceeding way too much bcoz of only 1 person is doing everything. Communication is very bad. Policy changed with any prior notification. If u walk in to done any service u can but if any appointments comes ur turn will be going down. I come to know after 3 hours of wait wats going on when I ask tech about it and he stated I have 6 car ahead of you. As for I know it was only couple than he stated our policy changed if you are walk in and any appointments come we prefer them 1st and u might stay whole day here.SERIOUSLY. I was really upset. Associate should explain it to me when I ask for oil change that it will a long wait and all that appointments will done 1st before any walk in starts. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT OTHERWISE YOU ARE SITTING THERE AND WATCHING PEOPLE COMING AND LEAVING.

I always come here for my oil change because it's cheaper than other places. Every time i come here i expect a long wait and a little show from angry customers. i feel SO bad for the employees because they have to deal with all you difficult customers. STOP COMING HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO WAIT LONG, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND STOP HARASSING THE EMPLOYEES. Then customers want to complain about them not hiring people, every time i go for my oil change i see new employees and im not surprised. the employees have great patience and i dont know how they do it but great job and thanks for the service.

Had 4 tires done here and happy with the quality/price, also had to comeback for a repair, Great overall
